Harvested in the Northernmost region in Thailand, our Oolong is mellow and aromatic. The handpicked leaves are semi-oxidized at high altitudes creating a flavor distinct from Oolong teas from China. We love the pairing of this Oolong with herby dishes and smoked meats.

The Tea Plantation in Chiang Rai
A group of Chinese, Burmese and Thai farmers living in the region for generations started a new tea farm championing new ethics while using traditional practices. The soil condition and baking process in the northern-most region of Chiang Rai result in deeply oxidized Oolongs that are unique to the specific farm.
